Moist weather were predicted to continue along significant areas of eastern Queensland this week as a weather pattern continued to attract humidity against the shoreline.
The following day was forecast to be the heaviest precipitation period, with ongoing storm activity predicted across various areas of both states.

Health officials alerted that there was an higher risk of epidemic thunderstorm asthma across the countryside regions, specifically given the ongoing climate situation.
